Kimberly Bates
Lead coach, systems and HR expert
Kimberly has dedicated over 22 years to the dental industry. She started as an administrative assistant in general dentistry and built her expertise in specialty practice, specifically periodontics. As practice manager and then Director of Operations for Implant & Periodontal Associates Northwest, she led both the Tri-Cities and Seattle locations for eleven years, and served as a Seattle Study Club Coordinator.
Kim is a certified HR consultant with Bent Ericksen & Associates, which is why she is the one practices call when the employment question is a real one.
