The levels are not based on your experience. They are based on the depth of the material. You start with the essentials in Level 1 and go deeper in each one after.
Experience does not matter. These courses work for office managers and admin leaders at every stage, whether you are sharpening skills you already have or you are new to the role.

Taught by people who have done the job
Geri Gottlieb has three decades in dental practice management and owned two periodontal practices with her husband, Dr. Bob Gottlieb. Kim Bates spent eleven years running two locations for a periodontal group and is a certified HR consultant. The rest of the faculty came out of practices too.
That matters more than it sounds. Every scenario in the room is one somebody teaching it has actually had to solve.
